Official practices start on Monday, August 14th.
HS practices will be 5:30am-7:15am on Mon-Wed, and 3:45pm-5pm on Thursdays.

Coach Bonnett’s AZ Distance Camp registration is now live. The cost is $325 plus site registration fee. I believe the total comes out to $344. This covers 3 nights stay in a cabin plus food, Sept 1st-4th. Please check out the website for full details, www.azdistancecamp.com. We would like to get our whole HS team up to the camp if possible.
Information on California meet over Fall Break (October 19th-21st Mt. Sac Invitational)
I have reserved rooms for our 16 athletes that would be attending (Top 7 +1). We will have 4 rooms for athletes, 4 per room. Plus two rooms reserved for coaches. I have reserved the rooms at the Best Western Plus Executive Inn, 18880 E. Gale Avenue, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. Currently the price per room will be $92.50 per athlete for 2 nights (Thursday, Oct 19th & Friday, Oct 20th). Our team will be racing on Friday, Oct 20th. We will need to figure out details for carpooling to and from the event. The school may be covering some of the travel cost of the event; gas, partial cost of rooms, etc. The athletes will need to bring money for food for the 3 days. If an parents and families are interested in coming along, please try and book a refundable room for yourself as soon as possible. There are a few other hotels in the area, http://events.mtsac.edu/hotels.htm Also send me information if you can help with transportation. *Just remember we will only be taking top 8 athletes (only 7 compete) from our teams, others are welcome to come along but would not be roomed with the teams. Coaches will make final determination on team lineup 2 weeks prior to race.
